If the Unthinkable Happens:

We understand how deeply loved your dog is, and we want you to feel completely supported during every part of their stay with us. In the very rare event that a dog was to pass away while in our care, we would act immediately by contacting our veterinary practice and then reaching out to you as soon as we have clear information. We would follow the wishes you’ve shared with us in advance, whether that means returning your dog to you, leaving them with the vet, arranging cremation, or following veterinary guidance if you cannot be reached. You can also let us know who you would like us to contact first, whether you would want a post‑mortem if advised, and any personal wishes that matter to you. Throughout the process, your dog would be treated with dignity, gentleness, and respect, and we would do everything we can to support you with kindness and clear communication. Pre-Boarding Comfort Trial

To help ensure your dog feels settled and happy in our home environment, we request a one night trial stay for any booking of three nights or more. This trial gives your dog the chance to get comfortable with our routine and surroundings, and it gives you peace of mind that your dog is relaxed and content in our care before their longer stay. This will be an individual stay with no other dogs and we can arrange before your main booking
